This beautiful villa constructed in the 1970s has been fully restored from top to bottom.
It is situated in the very close outskirts of Sansepolcro, it is completed fenced in, with car spaces, large gardens, with cooking area, barbecue and outside bread oven plus veg patch full of biological veg available to guests of course.
The large park designed in the typical italian style presents numerous type of large trees and antique roses. Not only is the villa just a 5 minutute walk from the town centre but is also situated in complete privacy and is considered to be located in one of the most luxury areas of Sansepolcro. The villa is luxuriously equipped with antique furniture, persian rugs, Murasno glass lights and fittings and other precious items.
The villa composes large stone staircase leading up to the first floor where there is access to the dining room connected to the kitchen. From the entrance one can access the living corner with real fireplace. Also from the entrance there is access to another sitting room/lounge. Leading off from the entrance there is access to the sleeping area where there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, there is then a further single bed room with a french side bed (140cm size bed (adapt for 2 children). There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower, the main bathroom with large hydromassage / shower.
Going back to the main entrance there is a staircase up to the first floor where there is a further living room with huge windows overlooking the superb view of the town. Leading from this lounge there is a further double bedroom and separate bathroom.
Going back to the main entrance again, there is also a staircase that leads downstairs which leads to a large dining space with large fireplace, a further kitchen / dining room and lavanderia plus bathroom. From here the large window / doors one can access the garden.
The house has every comfort one can imagine, from air conditioning in the bedrooms (even if it is very rarely required), to tv, dvd, internet...
The house also comprises 2 entrances, one which is accessible by foot and one which can be used to park the car within the property. There is of course the possibility of additional services, in house catering, cleaning etc.
Due to local planning restrictions unfortunately we are currently in the phase of acquiring permission in order to construct a swimming pool.
