Il Castelletto is a 170 square meter villa located in the Tuscan hillside above a man-made lake. It stands on a property of approximately 6 hectares (15 acres) offering superb views over the countryside and lake. There are some small restaurants within a five minute drive of the villa offering some of the best food in the area.
The villa offers spacious, comfortable and tastefully appointed rooms. Entrance is into the kitchen, lounge and dining area. The lounge has a wood burning stove, comfortable seating and an entertainment center. From the lounge French Doors lead to a terrace where fantastic views of the lake and countryside can be enjoyed. The modern well appointed kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, oven, hood and fridge/freezer. The 5 x 10m pool and stone deck are privately situated, and are ideally positioned to enjoy the sun and views. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are provided.
